Cancellations & Rescheduling My Online Skincare Consultation.

We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule your Online Skincare Consultation. We ask that you give us a minimum of 24 hours’ notice prior, so that we can reschedule or refund your booking and payment.

WITH GREATER THAN 24 HOURS NOTICE:

Simply re-open your Online Skincare Consultation confirmation email, scroll to the end and click on the ‘cancel or reschedule appointment’ button. A notification will then come up on your screen giving you the option to cancel or reschedule, click on the applicable button.

WITH 24 HOURS NOTICE OR LESS

You will be unable to cancel or reschedule your appointment yourself and must contact us as soon as possible to avoid loosing your full payment.

Notify Us Here: Please email us your Full Name, Appointment Date and Time, at hello@must-haveskincare.com.

Fees:

  • Cancelling or rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a fee of 50% of your consultation payment.
  • Providing less than 5 hours notice is considered “failing to attend” and will result in 100% of your consultation payment.

 

Cancelling My Skincare Order.

Please email us immediately at hello@must-haveskincare.com with your order number, mobile phone number and a description of why you need to cancel your order and one of our friendly staff will be in contact with you as soon as possible. Depending on the notice given, we will endeavor to stop your order before it’s shipped to avoid shipping fees.
